English Only Law:
The constitution of Washington State provides a 'uniformity' clause. This means
equal treatment must be applied to all groups. Currently the state published
document in languages other than English which violates this clause.
Washington State should not produce documents in any language other than
English.
This is not an anti immigrant stance.
If you are from Costa Rica, Cameroon or China only English will be available in
state produced documents and literature.
